[origin: EP1525820A1] The carrying unit is assembled of a wider, padded neck segment (10) and two straps (16), adjustable in length, attached to each of the outer ends (12) of the neck segment (10). The outer ends of the strap (16) are guided around a drum with two lateral cylindrical extensions rotating in a holding element (26) with bores positioned off center in order to increase or reduce the distance between the clamping elements when a control element (24) is lifted or lowered.
