[origin: WO2004016936A1] The invention relates to a fuel injector in an injection arrangement for internal combustion engines comprising a valve body (2). Said fuel injector comprises a pressure-relievable control chamber (19) which is impinged by fuel via an inlet throttle (32) and whose pressure can be relieved via an outlet throttle (17). A closing element (43) can be actuated by a first actuator (15). The valve body (2) is connected to a retaining body (5), whereon a nozzle body (9) surrounding an injection valve end (11) is fixed. Another second outlet throttle (18) is provided for relieving the pressure of the control chamber (19), whereby the closing element thereof (49) can be actuated by either another actuator (16) or according to the flow (70, 73, 79) of a doubly-switching actuator (50).
