Abstract (en)
The oscillation exciter (1) has two housing components (2,3) which are guided relatively to one another in the line of movement (5) and through which two mass forces (F1v, F2v) are derived. A shaft (7) is mounted axially normally on the first housing section and supports an unbalanced mass (8). A hollow shaft (9) is mounted on the second housing component axially parallel to the shaft on the first housing section, encompassing it with a clearance, and supporting a second unbalanced mass (11). The unbalanced masses are offset by 180 degrees plus or minus 90 degrees or less and are driven in the same direction. An independent claim is included for a device for the checking of the fatigue strength under reversed bending conditions of a test piece, incorporating the aforesaid oscillation exciter.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schwingungserreger (1) zum Erzeugen zumindest zweier entgegengesetzt in einer Bewegungslinie (5) schwingender Massenkräfte (F1V, F2V) ausgehend von rotierenden Unwuchtmassen (8, 11), mit zwei Gehäuseteilen (2, 3), die in der Bewegungslinie (5) relativ zueinander geführt (4) sind und über welche die beiden Massenkräfte (F1V, F2V) ausleitbar sind, einer Welle (7), die am ersten Gehäuseteil (2) axialnormal zur Bewegungslinie (5) gelagert ist und eine erste Unwuchtmasse (8) trägt, und einer Hohlwelle (9), welche am zweiten Gehäuseteil (3) axialparallel zur Welle (7) und diese mit Spiel (12) umgebend gelagert ist und eine zweite Unwuchtmasse (11) trägt, wobei die Unwuchtmassen (8, 11) um 180° ± Δ, mit Δ <= 90°, zueinander versetzt und gleichsinnig antreibbar sind. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner Anwendungen des Schwingungserregers (1) in Vorrichtungen (18, 18') zur Biegewechselfestigkeitsprüfung. <IMAGE>
