Low-emission oriented-strand-board (OSB) plate (1) with one or more layers (2, 3, 4) of pressed strands with binder, especially for applications in cars, furniture and interiors, in which the strands in at least one of the layers (2, 3, 4) consist of birch, alder, lime, willow and/or poplar wood with a formaldehyde-free binder. Independent claims are also included for (1) components comprising at least one plate (1) as above, for use in vehicles (especially cars, trucks, buses, rail vehicles, ships or aircraft), furniture (especially cupboards) and interior areas (especially as wall panelling) (2) furniture, especially cupboards, with at least one plate (1).
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine OSB-Platte (1) aus einer oder mehreren Lagen (2, 3, 4) von mit Bindemittel versehen und verpressten Strands. Um das Emissionsverhalten weiter zu verbessern, ohne dabei Einbußen bei den mechanischtechnologischen Eigenschaften der OSB-Platte in Kauf nehmen zu müssen, wird erfindungsgemäß eine OSB-Platte (1) angegeben, insbesondere für die Verwendung im Automotivbereich, im Möbelbereich oder in Innenräumen, wobei die Strands mindestens einer Lage (2; 3; 4) mit einem formaldehydfreien Bindemittel versehen sind und aus einer oder mehreren der Holzarten bestehen, die aus der Gruppe gewählt sind, die Birke, Erle, Linde, Weide und Pappel umfasst, wobei die OSB-Platte (1) emissionsarm ist. <IMAGE>
