Abstract (en)
Construction element (6), especially for retrofitting components (2) such as balconies a distance away from a building part (1), comprises reinforcing elements in the form of at least one transverse force element attached at one end to the component and at the other end to the building part and crossing a gap (3) between the component and building part, especially for filling with external insulation. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bauelement zur insbesondere nachträglichen beabstandeten Befestigung von Bauteilen (2) wie Balkonen und dergleichen an Gebäudeteilen (1), insbesondere an mit einer Außendämmung (3) versehenen betonierten Außenwänden oder Geschossdeckenstirnseiten (4), wobei das Bauelement (6) Bewehrungselemente (7, 8, 9) in Form zumindest eines Querkraftelements (7) aufweist, das an das zu befestigende Bauteil (2) einerseits und an das Gebäudeteil (1 ) andererseits angeschlossen ist und eine zwischen Bauteil und Gebäudeteil belassene und insbesondere von der Außendämmung ausgefüllte Fuge (3) durchquert, wobei das Querkraftelement aus einem Querkraftdorn (7) besteht, wobei sich der Querkraftdorn bis in das zu befestigende Bauteil (2) erstreckt und in diesem zumindest mittelbar formschlüssig verankert ist, und wobei der Querkraftdorn zum Anschluss an das Gebäudeteil (1) eine stirnseitige Kopfplatte (5) aufweist, die mittels einer Mehrzahl von zueinander beabstandet angeordneten Befestigungsankern (10) flächig an dem Gebäudeteil festlegbar ist. <IMAGE>
