Abstract (en)
The sealing and damping element for a pressure medium cylinder (8) has a piston rod (14) which fits in the cylinder housing (11) with a close form-fit and dynamically encompasses the piston rod to seal it and to serve as an end position stop damper for the piston. The sealing and damping element consists of a piston rod sealing section (A) and cylindrical damping section (B) decoupled from it. The damping section on the side facing the piston has at least one stop face (2) for the piston. An independent claim is included for a pressure medium cylinder with a piston rod equipped with the aforesaid sealing and damping element.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Kolbenstangendichtung für einen Druckmittelzylinder (8) mit funktional integrierter Endlagendämpfung sowie einen Druckmittelzylinder mit einem erfindungsgemäßen funktional integriertem Dichtungs-Dämpfungselement. Das aus einem elastomeren Material einstückig hergestellte erfindungsgemäße Dichtungs-Dämpfungselement besteht aus zwei entkoppelten Abschnitten - einem Kolbenstangendichtungsabschnitt (A) und einem Endlagendämpfungsabschnitt (B) -, die über einen Übergangsbereich miteinander verbunden sind, der so geformt ist, dass eine Ausformung (6) des Zylindergehäuses in den Übergangsbereich eingreifen kann, wodurch die Entkopplung der beiden Bereiche unterstützt wird. <IMAGE>
