[origin: EP1529876A2] The ironing form (2) is connected with one section to the upper frame (3) and one section to the lower frame (1). The upper frame can be moved into the lower frame in a retracted position and vice versa. A lock (5) holds either position. A release (16) unlocks it (5) for a given interval. An independent claim is included for the controller employed.
