[origin: WO2004017320A1] The invention relates to an electronic device comprising a first and a second circuit (1<st> CIR, 2<nd> CIR) designed for processing data in a burst-wise manner. The first circuit processes a data packet during a burst and supplies the second circuit with processed data. In order to reduce the peak power due to the power consumptions of the first and the second circuit, the electronic device comprises a delay line (320) between the first and the second circuit.
