Abstract (en)
The ashtray (1) is of a circular shape with a straight surrounding border (4) and a base positioned in the center of the bottom (3). Four semi-circular recesses (7) are located at the upper edge (6) of the border (4) serving as insertion areas for cigarettes (25) as well as for the extensions protruding from a lid (10) to be positioned on top of the tray (1). The lid (10) has a central opening (12) for depositing the ashes. Two small cylindrical tubes are guided through the lid (10) and can be used for the insertion of stubs which are immediately extinguished.

Der Aschenbecher weist einem schalenförmigen Grundkörper (1) mit einem Boden (3) und einer kreisförmigen Wand (4) auf. Vertikal verlaufende Vertiefungen (7) sind im oberen Rand (6) der Wand (4) des Aschenbechergrundkörpers (1) ausgeführt. Eine Abdeckplatte (10) ist im Aschenbechergrundkörper (1) eingelegt. Im mittleren Bereich des Grundkörpers (101) der Abdeckplatte (10) ist eine Öffnung (12) vorhanden. Ausläufer (20) schliessen sich an die äussere Kontur (11) der Abdeckplatte (10) an, wobei je einer davon in einer der Vertiefungen (7) liegt. Im Grundkörper (101) der Abdeckplatte (10) sind zwei weitere Öffnungen (31,32) ausgeführt, welche zur Aufnahme eines Zigarettenauslöschers 40 bestimmt und ausgeführt sind. <IMAGE>
