[origin: WO2004003311A1] This invention relates to a base plate (1) for a pipe duct of a roof with profile-shapedcovering, especially a roof assembled of profiled covering elements, comprising a collar (3), which encloses a pipe, as well as a flange (4), which comes into contact with the roof covering. The invention is characterized in that the flange (4) is intended to be installed and fixed beneath the covering element so that only the collar protrudes from an apperture formed in the covering element, the flange (4) being formed to conform to the profile of the covering element, and its upper surface is provided with several parallel ring grooves (6) for a sealing material, which grooves enclose the collar (3).
