Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2004023000A2] The invention relates to a device for clamping at least one elongated fibre composite component (1; 1'; 1''), especially an elastic element and/or a guiding element consisting of a fibre composite material. Said device comprises a first clamping element (6; 6') and a second clamping element (7; 7') which can be connected to the first clamping element by fixing means (11, 12), said clamping elements, when mounted, forming a receiving region for receiving a clamping region (1.1, 1.2) of the fibre composite component (1; 1'; 1'') in a clamping manner. The first clamping element (6; 6') comprises at least one first clamping section (2), and the second clamping element (7; 7') comprises at least one second clamping section (3) which is associated with the first clamping section (2) for clamping the fibre composite component (1; 1'; 1''). The first and second clamping elements (6, 7; 6', 7') are embodied in such a way that the fibre composite component (1; 1'; 1'') is clamped with a pre-determined clamping force, in the mounted state, between the first and second clamping sections (2, 3).
