[origin: EP1537965A1] The cutter has a cutting wire moved by a pivoted arm (2). It is constructed so that a bracket extending across the support for the panels is not required. The wire is tensioned between two connected parallel moveable arms. The arm ends away from the wire tension points (6) slide in a guide track (3), and a guide arm (4) is held pivoted at the end of the track. The wire is a tensioned and heated by a low voltage source. Alternatively, the wire is a saw wire with a drive to move it between the tension points and along the arms, which are connected by a shaft. The arms are held in a frame (1) with support table (10) having a pivoted stop rail for the panels.
