Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1538111A1] The dustbin has a cover (16) pivoting around a rotation axle (Z) that is mounted tangential to a rear side (12), to open and close the dust bin. The cover is extended beyond the axle by a support zone (17) acting as lever to allow opening of the dustbin with a single hand. A gripping unit (18) e.g. recess, adapted to be grasped by a single hand, permits lifting and emptying of the dust bin, simultaneous with the opening.
