Abstract (en)

Window or door comprises a fixed fixing (3) and a leaf (2) which can be locked to the fixing in the closed position. A closing locking state of the leaf and a gap ventilating state of a sealing arrangement are assigned so that a controlled sealing element (24) of the sealing arrangement is moved into an open state during the gap ventilating state of the sealing arrangement. An einem Fenster, einer Tür oder dergleichen ist zwischen einem Flügel (2) und einer festen Einfassung (3) eine Dichtungsanordnung (23) mit wenigstens einem steuerbaren Dichtungselement (24, 25) vorgesehen. Ein Schließverriegelungszustand des Flügels (2) und ein Spaltlüftungszustand der Dichtungsanordnung (23) sind einander zuordenbar. Bei Spaltlüftungszustand der Dichtungsanordnung (23) ist wenigstens ein steuerbares Dichtungselement (24, 25) der Dichtungsanordnung (23) bei geschlossenem und verriegeltem Flügel (2) in einen Öffnungszustand überführt. <IMAGE>
