Abstract (en)
[origin: FR2838321A1] The sanitary liquid dispenser comprises a device for spraying an antiseptic fluid contained in a reservoir (18) onto objects to be cleaned with a spraying zone (12). A smart card reading/writing unit (24) is provided at the front, above the spraying zone, and a unit for decrementing (26) a memory of the smart card after each spraying in correspondence to the sequence of spraying or the quantity of the antiseptic fluid used. A spray control unit (20, 22) is deactivated in response to a zero spraying sequence or when the quantity of the fluid reaches zero. An infrared detector (28) senses the presence of the object within the spraying zone. An Independent claim is also included for a refilling unit.
