Abstract (en)

In a process to reduce the pressure of compressed air driving a texturising jet (1), the energy level of the incoming compressed air is increased by the introduction of heat energy. The additional heat is introduced as close as possible to the point of air expansion in the texturising jet. The texturising jet (1) is replaced by another with higher air mass throughput. Also claimed is a commensurate yarn texturising assembly in which hot air is introduced via a passage at an acute angle to the expansion chamber.

Zur Reduktion des Betriebsdrucks einer mit Druckluft betriebenen Texturierdüse (1) erfolgt eine Anhebung des Energieniveaus der Druckluft durch Zufuhr von Energie. Die Anhebung des Energieniveaus der Druckluft erfolgt durch Zufuhr von Wärme. Eine Garnbehandlungseinrichtung enthält eine Texturierdüse (1), welche einen Garnkanal (4) und in diesen unter einem spitzen Winkel (α) einmündende Druckluftkanäle (5) aufweist, eine Druckluftzuleitung (9) zu den Druckluftkanälen und Mittel für die Anhebung des Energieniveaus der Druckluft. Die genannten Mittel sind durch eine Heizung (10) gebildet, welche vorzugsweise in der Druckluftzuleitung angeordnet ist. <IMAGE>
