The cover consists of a series of hollow or solid plastic slats, connected by flexible joints (2) between their adjacent long edges to form groups. Each group of slats is joined to an adjacent one by interlocking male/female couplings (5) along the edges of the end slats (3, 4) in each group. The groups of slats and joints can be made by coextrusion.

Un volet de piscine est composé d'une série d'ensembles de profilés reliés l'un à l'autre sur la longueur par un élément de liaison souple (2), chaque ensemble étant composé de deux profilés extrêmes (3, 4) longitudinaux rigides. Les profilés extrêmes rigides (3, 4) sont assemblés par un emboîtement étanche forcé (5) des extrémités mâle (3) et femelle (4) complémentaires. <IMAGE>
