Abstract (en)
The piston compressor (5) for the compressing of gaseous media in at least two working chambers has a stepped piston (1), a first cylinder (7) to accommodate a first piston section (16) and to form a first working chamber (21), and at least one second cylinder (8) to accommodate a second piston section (17) and to form a second working chamber (22). The second piston section has a smaller diameter than the first, whereby each of the two cylinders is closed off by a plate (2,9) with valve arrangements. The second piston section is guided through an opening (20) in one of the plates (2).

Ein Kolbenkompressor (15) zum Verdichten gasförmiger Medien enthält einen Stufenkolben (1) mit einem ersten Kolbenteil (16) und einem zweiten Kolbenteil (17), welche in einer Achse angeordnet sind. Zwei Zylinder (7, 8) mit inneren Bohrungen verschiedener Durchmesser bilden zwei Arbeitsräume (21, 22). Die Zylinder werden durch Platten (2, 9) mit Ventilanordnungen verschlossen. Dabei wird im Durchmesser kleinere der Kolbenteil (17) durch eine Öffnung (20) in der Platte (2) geführt. Als Ventile eignen sich insbesondere Lamellenventile, Zungenventile oder auch Ventile mit Federrückstellung. <IMAGE>
