The device has two sound transducers (3,17;7,8) per hearing capsule (1,6) for left and right arranged non-centrally relative to the normal central sound transducer position in front of the ear canal and a sound signal feed device (9-11,16) for supplying the sound transducers with stereo sound signals and for conditioning the signals relative to each other in relation to phase angle and/or level so that an original signal is fed to one of the two sound transducers while the other signal is fed to the other transducer with phase rotated and/or level reduced.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Stereo-Kopfhörer mit Raumklangwirkung, aufweisend zwei pro linker und rechter Hörkapsel in bezug auf die normale zentrale Schallwandlerposition vor dem Gehörgang eines Nutzerohrs dezentral angeordnete Schallwandler (3, 17; 7, 8), und eine Tonsignal-Zufuhreinrichtung (9 bis 11, 16) zum Beaufschlagen der dezentral angeordneten Schallwandler der jeweiligen Hörkapsel mit dem linken bzw. rechten Stereo-Tonsignal und zum Konditionieren dieser Signale relativ zueinander bezüglich Phasenlage und/oder Pegel so, dass a) einem der beiden dezentral angeordneten Schallwandler (3, 7) das eine originale Stereo-Tonsignal zugeführt wird, während b) dem anderen der beiden dezentral angeordneten Schallwandler (17, 8) das andere Stereo-Tonsignal phasengedreht und/oder pegelreduziert zugeführt wird.
