Abstract (en)
The method for the manufacture of an open hollow profile from a profile beam which has at least two parallel flanges (2,3) interconnected by a web (4) at right angles to the flanges, entails reforming of the web so that the flanges are moved in relation to one another in such a way that one flange edge (21) of the first flange (2) lies opposite to and parallel with one flange edge (31) of the second flange (3). The first flange and the second flange may lie at an angle (alpha ) to one another. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) an open hollow profile; and (B) a use for a hollow profile which is as a support for a framework construction and/or as a construction element.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines offenen Hohlprofils aus einem Profilträger, der zumindest zwei im wesentlichen parallele Flansche aufweist, die durch einen senkrecht zu den Flanschen ausgebildeten Steg miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Flansche sich beiderseits des Steges erstrecken. Dabei werden die Flansche durch Umformen des Steges dergestalt aufeinander zu bewegt, dass eine Flanschkante eines ersten Flansches einer Flanschkante eines zweiten Flansches im wesentlichen parallel und beabstandet gegenüberliegt, wobei der erste Flansch und der zweite Flansch in einem Winkel zueinander liegen. <IMAGE>
