Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2004029162A1] A multi-layer lacquer comprising an electro-immersion undercoat on a metal substrate, a second layer 20 - 50 ñm thick and made of a filler lacquer, a third layer made of a base lacquer and a fourth clear varnish covering layer, characterised in that the second layer can be obtained by partial removal, in an evaporation step, of water and organic solvent from a water-dilutable starting mixture which contains at least one water-diluatable base lacquer; the solid content of the obtainable mixture being adjusted to a value of 25-40 % by adding binding agents and/or pigments; adjustment of the application viscosity to a value of 20-50 DIN by adding organic, water-miscible solvents and/or water; application of the resulting composition by means of an injection method; cross-linking the applied lacquer layer. The invention also relates to the use thereof and to a method for the production of a water-dilutable filler-composition therefor.
