[origin: WO2004029517A1] Device for determining the quality of the ambient air in a room. There are at least two sensors which determine, for example, the temperatures, atmospheric humidity, number of particles or percentage of carbon dioxide. The value recorded by the sensor is compared with a threshold value which is stored in a memory. According to the invention, the threshold value of a variable is dependent on the measured value of another variable, i.e. if, for example, the atmospheric humidity limit is reached an alarm signal will be emitted at in relative terms a lower temperature than if the atmospheric humidity is far from reaching this limit.
