[origin: EP1547790A1] Thermal printer has a printhead (2) rotating in a frame having an electrically conductive spring (12) for returning the printhead to its printing position when an electrically conductive cable (7) contacts the printhead. The spring has a finger (13) received in an orifice (11) of the frame. A portion of the cable has a conductive eyelet (10) through which the finger passes when the finger is in the orifice, and crimped by the spring against the frame.
