A stream of fault/faultless collection (20) of flexible products (10, 10.1-10.5) gathered from supplying stream, are conveyed to a processing which determines that the collection is faultless when the collection satisfies predetermined quantity of individual products. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) computer program system for controlling installation for gathering flexible individual products; (2) data carrier for storing installation control program for gathering flexible individual products; and (3) control system for controlling installation for gathering flexible individual products.

Verfahren und Steuereinrichtung zur Steuerung einer Vorrichtung (1) zum Zusammentragen von flexiblen Einzelprodukten (10), in welcher Vorrichtung aus zugeführten Strömen je eines Einzelprodukttyps ein Strom von Kollektionen (20) bildbar und einer weiteren Verarbeitung (3) zuführbar ist, wobei eine Kollektion (20) jeweils aus einer vorgegebenen Menge der Einzelprodukte (10) besteht. Fehlerhafte Kollektionen (20), bei welchen bezüglich eines oder mehrerer Einzelprodukte ein Zuführungsfehler vorliegt, werden nicht gesondert verarbeitet, sondern werden bedingt als fehlerfreie Kollektionen (20) betrachtet. Sie werden vorzugsweise erst dann einer Fehlerbehandlung zugeführt, wenn ein Anteil der fehlerhaften Kollektionen ein bestimmtes Referenz-Mass überschreitet. <IMAGE>
