Withdrawing, saving, cash-transfer, payment-transfer, and balance-checking processes are effectively carried out by utilizing the electronic cash function of the mobile communication device. The By utilizing the electronic cash function of the mobile communication device having the electronic cash function overcomes disadvantages of card-type electronic cash, a mobile phone settlement, in which a charged is included in a phone bill so that a user is required to check the phone bill, and an on-line settlement, so the mobile communication device having the electronic cash function is effectively used as substitute for paper money and coin.
