[origin: EP1550390A1] The table cloth edge clamping device consists of a steel bracket (5) fastened to the edge (4) of the table (1) and having a flat steel holding surface (2). A circular clamping body (3) contains a permanent magnet (6) which is attracted toward the bracket to clamp the edge of the table cloth. The outer surface of the clamping body is covered with a decorative pattern (7).
