Abstract (en)

The assembly to stabilize a moving paper web, and especially of tissue paper, has at least one stabilizer (3,7) after the drying cylinder (1), directly at the cylinder and under the web (2). The stabilizer is aligned at the cylinder at an adjustable angle (alpha ) independently of the scraper blade (4) angle (X). The gap between the stabilizer and the drying cylinder is 0-500 mm and preferably 0-200 mm e.g. 50 mm.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Stabilisierung einer Papierbahn, insbesondere Tissuebahn, mit mindestens einem nach einem Trockenzylinder 1 angeordneten (Bahn-) Stabilisator 3, 7, wobei der Stabilisator 3 direkt am Trockenzylinder 1 unterhalb der Papierbahn 2 angeordnet ist. Sie ist vornehmlich dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anstellwinkel α des Stabilisators 3 an den Trockenzylinder 1 einstellbar ist <IMAGE>
