[origin: EP1550769A1] The assembly to stabilize a moving paper web, and especially of tissue paper, has at least one stabilizer (3,7) after the drying cylinder (1), directly at the cylinder and under the web (2). The stabilizer is aligned at the cylinder at an adjustable angle (alpha ) independently of the scraper blade (4) angle (X). The gap between the stabilizer and the drying cylinder is 0-500 mm and preferably 0-200 mm e.g. 50 mm.
