Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1553228A1] The method involves making a trench (10) in the ground at a location where a barrier is to be enforced. Each of prefabricated panels (22 1-22 n) having a lower side, lateral vertical sides and an aperture (36) is installed in trench such that adjacent panels are integrated. The lower sides are tightened with the trench base, and free vertical sides of end panels are tightened with respective lateral end walls (14, 16) of the trench. An independent claim is also included for an underground barrier formed in a trench to control circulation of water in ground.
