Abstract (en)
The unit has a peripheral wall (2) with an opening (3) for connecting the wall to a pipe. The opening is ringed, interiorly, by an annular sealing joint (4). The joint has a cylindrical body located at an end, and having a flange with an inner section. A membrane seal (5) is adjusted with respect to the section, and has an anchoring unit cooperating with a complementary anchoring unit present along the flange.

L'invention concerne un élément de regard, notamment en béton, comportant au moins une ouverture (3) conçue pour le raccordement d'un tuyau et cerclée, intérieurement, par un joint d'étanchéité annulaire (4) comportant un corps cylindrique (6) refermé par un opercule (5). Au moins à son extrémité (11), débouchant à l'intérieur de l'élément de regard (1), ledit corps cylindrique (6) de ce joint (4) présente un épaulement (12) lui conférant, localement, une section interne plus importante par rapport à laquelle est ajustée l'opercule (5) comportant des moyens d'ancrage (13) prévue pour coopéré avec des moyens d'ancrage complémentaire (14) conçu le long de cet épaulement (12). L'invention concerne encore un joint d'étanchéité pour un tel élément de regard. <IMAGE>
