Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1553232A1] Outlet pipe siphon for a sanitary device, e.g. a wash basin, comprises a housing (2) for sealing water that receives a submerged pipe (3) and has an outlet (6). An insert (4) arranged in the housing has a lower opening (11) that lies below the surface of the sealing water. A direct flow channel (18) formed by deflecting walls runs between the lower opening and the outlet.
