[origin: EP1554942A2] The gaiter has a lower part (1b) covering an upper part of a shoe (101), and a top part (1a) covering lower leg of a user (100). A clasping unit (ME) is connected to a clasping level adjustment unit (MR). The clasping unit is constituted of a non elastic strap connected to the gaiter through an elastic strap, while an end of the non elastic strap is fixed to the gaiter by a locking and adjustment unit.
