[origin: EP1554970A1] The appliance has a washing container (1) with a feed opening (4) for introducing parts to be cleaned and at least one output unit (6) for accommodating and delivering the auxiliary substance, whereby the output unit is arranged in the washing container and at least part of the output unit is movably arranged and can be withdrawn at least partly from the washing container towards the feed opening. An independent claim is also included for a method of feeding auxiliary substances to a liquid-carrying domestic appliance, especially a dishwasher.
