Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1555050A2] The device has a tether including primary and secondary straps (21a, 21b) that comprise strap units (R1, R2) for presetting and making final-adjustment to length of the tether, respectively. The primary strap is constituted of two strap portions. A pivoting latch (22) coupled between the strap portions cooperates with a retaining teeth (23) in one strap portion. The strap (21b) is linked to one of the strap portions via a buckle (24).
