Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1555100A1] The slab has lifting and handling loops (6) fixed on strands, where each loop is constituted by a bent metal rod with a gripping ring (7). The ring and related strand are coplanar to each other. Lateral bends (8, 8`) of the loop define locating lugs (9, 9`), and stirrup straps (10, 10`) are located in a plane perpendicular to the plane of the ring. The straps permit clippage by twisting of the loop along and on both sides of the strand. An independent claim is also included for a process of fabricating a series of hollow concrete slabs.
