[origin: EP1555394A1] The device has air discharge units formed, for each of air circulation ramps (28, 30, 32), by upper rows of N drillings (34) disposed with respect to one of side faces (18a, 18b, 20a, 20b) of wings (18, 20). The discharge units are also formed by lower rows of 2N drillings (36) disposed with respect to blending radiuses (18c, 18d, 20c, 20d) between the wings and a case (14) of a fixed ring set.
