Abstract (en)

An oven with cooling of parts thereof and a diversion of oven vapours and gases, preferably a household oven or also a restaurant or an industrial oven solves a problem, how to ascertain a more energetically efficient diversion of vapours and gases from the oven without diminishing the quality of cooking. The characteristic of the oven of the invention lies in that between the external housing of the apparatus and the interior oven there is a fan sucking air outside the apparatus and leads it along a channel to the discharge nozzle on the frame, so that the air escapes through a slot between the door and the control panel, whereby the exit channel is conceived as a nozzle, into which an air channel from the oven is led. Due to the injection effect the air exit stream sucks the air from the oven on the upper side, thus diverting vapours and gases. The air stream with vapours and gases from the oven is diverted from the apparatus on the front side through the gap between the door and the control panel. <IMAGE>
