[origin: EP1557513A1] The device has a latch retractable by turning a press knob by operating a lever with a rising long section controlled by a closure element and a pivotable section joined to it at a linkage point, whereby the pivotable section engages the tail of the latch. The linkage point has an associated stop that is adjustable from the outside to vary the latch precedence position. The stop is in the form of a sliding element that can be displaced transversely with respect to the cuff.
