[origin: WO2004037603A1] Disclosed is a device for limiting the movement of rotatably mounted parts, especially pivotable upholstery elements of vehicle seats (1). Said device comprises a locking piece (7) which is disposed inside the rotatably mounted part and can be made to releasably engage with a thrust bearing (15). The inventive locking piece (7) effectively cooperates with a control device (10) that is located in the area of the joint (4) of the rotatably mounted part.
