The holding elements with the working contact elements are elastically deviated in a direction parallel to that of the base body. The working contact elements are rotatably mounted in the holding elements about an axis of rotation having a direction with a component perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the base body. Preferred Features: The working contact elements have a working region (13) and a wider holding region (14).
