Abstract (en)
The cap has a base part with a distribution orifice, and a cover. The cover has a tight nail (12) arranged for being engaged in the distribution orifice, when a wall of the cover is closed. The nail has a projection part (16) arranged for being retained in the base part. The nail has a groove (19) that defines an elastically deformable thin region (18) on which the projection part is arranged. An independent claim is also included for a container having a closure cap.

La présente invention concerne une capsule de fermeture comportant une partie de base et un couvercle, la partie de base comportant un orifice de distribution et le couvercle comportant un picot d'étanchéité (12) agencé pour s'engager dans l'orifice de distribution quant le couvercle est fermé, le picot d'étanchéité (12) comportant au moins un relief agencé pour s'encliqueter dans la partie de base, la capsule de fermeture étant caractérisée par le fait que le picot d'étanchéité comporte une zone de déformabilité accrue (18), élastiquement déformable, sur laquelle est réalisé au moins partiellement le relief (16). <IMAGE>
