Ceiling module for a ceiling subconstruction comprises at least one flat grid-like ceiling element (3), an elongated strip (5) protruding perpendicularly to the element at least on two side edges of the element, assembly elements (7) arranged preferably at the end of each strip for suspending the grid element, and at least one further assembly element (9) on each strip for clamping the grid element. An independent claim is also included for a ceiling subconstruction comprising the above ceiling module. Preferred Features: The ceiling element is made of expanded metal or metallic woven fabric, preferably in steel, Inox or aluminum.

Ein Deckenmodul (1) einer Deckenunterkonstruktion wird primär gebildet durch mindestens ein flächiges, gitterartiges Deckenelement (3), welches an mindestens zwei Seitenkanten je wenigstens nahezu senkrecht zum Element vorstehende, längsausgedehnte Blechstreifen (5) aufweist. An je einem der Blechstreifen, je vorzugsweise in Seitenkantenlängsrichtung endständig, ist ein Montageorgan (7) angeordnet für das einhängende Anordnen des Gitterelementes bzw. des Deckenmoduls. Weiter ist je an einem der Blechstreifen mindestens ein weiteres Montageorgan (9) vorgesehen für das einklemmende Befestigen des Gitterelementes bzw. Moduls. <IMAGE>
