[origin: WO2004045436A1] The invention relates to an electrosurgical device (10) comprising a high-frequency generator (12) for generating high-frequency voltage, a first output (A) that is connected to the high-frequency generator (12), and at least one second output (B) which is connected to the high-frequency generator (12). One respective electrosurgical implement (28, 36) can be separately connected to the first output (A) and the second output (B) while both outputs can be simultaneously activated. The first output (A) and the second output (B) can be operated in a first mode of operation such that high-frequency voltage is applied between the first output (A) and the second output (B), allowing current conduction between the two implements (28, 36; 28', 36') that are connected to the outputs when the two outputs are activated.
