Thermally insulating construction element (1) comprises an insulating body (2) containing reinforcing elements (5, 8). Bearings (6) embedded in the insulating body to absorb compressive and shearing forces are made of a hardenable material that is suitable for casting and injecting and consists of a plastic or mineral base material. Preferred Features: The bearing consists of a sleeve body made of plastic or stainless steel and a filling.

Ein thermisch isolierendes Bauelement (1) dient zum Einsatz in Trennfugen zwischen lastaufnehmenden Bauwerksteilen, beispielsweise zwischen einer Gebäudedecke und einer Balkonbodenplatte. Dieses Bauelement (1) besteht aus einem Isolierkörper (2), der Bewehrungsglieder enthält, wobei das Bauelement (1) zur Aufnahme von Zug-, Druck- und Schubkräften dimensioniert ist. In dem Isolierkörper (2) sind bezogen auf dessen Längsrichtung in Abständen Lager (6) zur Aufnahme von Druck- und Schubkräften eingebettet. Die Lager (6) zur Aufnahme von Druck- und Schubkräften bestehen im wesentlichen aus einem Gieß- und/oder spritzfähigen aushärtbaren Material, das einen Kunststoff oder mineralisches Grundmaterial umfaßt. <IMAGE>
