[origin: EP1564844A1] The system has a fastener (3) made of elastic and electrically conducting material, and including two base plates (4, 5). The plate (4) has two tabs (6, 7) whose ends have serrated bonding pad forming units (8, 9). A fastening and stressing unit permits to fasten and stress a printed circuit board against the plate (4). The plates are connected by a connecting plate (19) to form an inverted Z shape.
