Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1566118A2] The lower back support system is incorporated in the back rest of a chair. It comprises a bracket (4) fastened across the backrest, which is flexible. A control knob (6) mounted on the bracket allows a support pad (8) to be pressed against the backrest, adjusting its degree of curvature.
