Abstract (en)
The method involves receiving an event e.g. an event representing detection of fall of a person to be monitored, among a group of events. The position of the person is determined when the event is received and movement of a robot is controlled towards the determined position. Communication is established with a remote processing device or a remote person through a network interface and a sound board of the robot. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a server for monitoring a disabled person in a predetermined environment (B) a computer program stored in an information medium and having instructions to implement a monitoring method.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de maintien sécurisé d'au moins une personne évoluant dans un environnement prédéterminé, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif apte à se déplacer dans l'environnement dans lequel évolue la personne à surveiller comprend des moyens de communication et dans lequel on reçoit au moins un événement parmi un groupe d'événements prédéterminés (E300, E303, E306, E308), on détermine la position de la personne à surveiller dans l'environnement dans lequel évolue la personne à surveiller, on commande (E301) le déplacement du dispositif apte à se déplacer dans l'environnement vers la position déterminée et on établit une communication avec un dispositif de traitement distant ou une autre personne par l'intermédiaire du dispositif de communication. <IMAGE>
