[origin: WO2004046463A2] The present invention relates to an improvement in corrugated paperboard, and more particularly, to a water vapor transmission rate resistant coated corrugated paperboard for packaging material, which is also repulpable, wherein the water vapor transmission rate resistant coating is polyvinyladine chloride, polyethylene terapthalate, acrylic, styrene butadiene rubber, or any mica formulation and wherein the coating is applied to at least one surfaces of the linerboard and/or the medium.
