Abstract (en)
The invention relates to an oval-tracked exercise apparatus for simulating hand-movement having a rotary body (14) on the tail of a main frame (11) and connected with one end of treadles (13) on opposite sides thereof. The other end of the treadle (13) is connected to an accessory rod (23) of an adjusting mechanism (30) driven by a motor (31). Both of the treadles (13) move in oval track and in an offset position. By a connecting mechanism, the two rocker arms (12) move according to the treadles (13) at the shaft (35) for simulating a walking exercise on an uphill road or on a downhill road. <IMAGE>
