The ladder (10) has two parallel side frames (26) with holes (24) to accommodate the end portions (20) of tubular rungs (14). The ends of the rungs are of smaller diameter than the central portions and have flared ends to fit in place in the side frames. The steps (11) have extruded triangular profiles (12) and have roughened top surfaces. Closure caps (32) fit onto the ends of the hollow step profiles and have clips (34,36) engaging the sides of the side frames to hold the rungs at a given angle.

Einer Leiter mit zwei Holmen, an denen je Leiterstufen gelagert sind, wobei die Leiterstufen ein Strangpressprofil aufweisen, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiterstufen (11) zusätzlich zu dem Stangpressprofil ein Rohr (14) aufweisen, über das sie am Holm (26) gelagert sind. <IMAGE>
